As a seller, if you have made sales and have a positive balance, you can request a transfer to your bank account from the "Payments" tab. To do this, you must first add your bank account by entering your details in the section provided for this purpose.
How can I add my bank account?
- Go to "Manage: Cards and bank accounts"
- Select the country corresponding to your bank account
- Enter the requested information
- Enter an alias to easily identify this account
- Click on "Save"
If you wish, you can repeat the process to add other bank accounts. Please note, however, that you must be the holder of these accounts.
Why is my account indicated as "non-domestic"?
If the bank account you have just added is followed by the mention “⚠︎ Non-domestic account”, this means that balance withdrawals made to this account will be processed as non-domestic withdrawals and may result in fees.
A bank account is indicated as non-domestic when withdrawals to this account do not meet the criteria of a domestic withdrawal, in particular when the account is located outside an area covered by our banking partners or when the transfer is carried out via an international payment network.
Conversely, a withdrawal is considered domestic when the funds are transferred to a local bank account (SEPA zones, Canada, United Kingdom or United States), in the corresponding local currency, via a local banking network, and within a jurisdiction covered by our banking partners.
