As a reminder, the option to pay for your purchase by bank transfer is only available if the currency of your account is the euro.
In some cases, even if your account is in euros, the "Bank Transfer" option may not appear. This only happens if the payment request is not in euros. Our payment system cannot handle the conversion between two currencies at this stage, which is why this option is simply removed.
However, if you still wish to pay by bank transfer, you can credit your Mangopay account via bank transfer.
Make sure to convert the amount correctly and deposit enough money into your Mangopay account.
As soon as your account is credited, your balance will appear among the payment options for the payment request.
You can then use your balance to pay the payment request.
