Bank transfer payments are not instantaneous, unlike credit card payments, for example. Therefore, it is normal that your seller does not receive your payment immediately. The usual time frame for this type of transaction can be up to 2 working days. If your payment was made less than 2 days ago, do not worry.
If your payment was made more than 2 days ago and it is still not credited to your seller's account, we invite you to check the bank details in the payment request. You can easily access them by going to your purchase tracking, clicking on "Pay" and selecting "Bank Transfer".
All the necessary information to make your bank transfer is there. Check that you have used the correct bank account and that you have added the communication, which consists of a series of numbers.
If you did not use the communication related to the payment request, your transfer is not lost. However, the money will not be directly credited to your seller's account but will be added to your own Mangopay balance. You will then need to use it to pay your seller by selecting your balance in the payment request this time.
