If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you must use the dedicated Mangopay function. Contrary to paying by credit card or using a direct payment method, this payment method is not immediate. Payment may take up to a few days and will therefore be delayed.
Condition : the option to credit your balance via bank transfer is only available if you have a euro account.

📌Steps to follow to pay by bank transfer
- Go to the page "My purchases: To be paid"
- Find the transaction and click on "Pay"
- Choose a delivery method
- Under "Select your payment method", choose "Bank transfer"

Carefully read the instructions displayed, as they allow you to make the transfer via your bank. You can print this information by clicking on the icon
Note : The IBAN provided for the transfer is personal to you. The transfer is not carried out automatically. You must complete it yourself through your bank by following these instructions.

⚠️ Please read before making your bank transfer- Reference: it is mandatory and specific to each payment request. It allows your transfer to be correctly matched.
- Incorrect or missing reference: if the reference is missing, incorrect or already used, the payment cannot be matched to any payment request and will be automatically returned.
- Insufficient amount: if the amount is lower than the payment request, the transfer will be automatically returned.
- Amount too high : if the transfer amount is higher than the requested amount, the payment will be validated and the surplus will be credited to your Delcampe balance.
Once the transfer has been processed by Mangopay, the payment will be credited to the seller and the payment request will be marked as paid.
