As a seller, you have the possibility to cancel a sale if the transaction has not been completed. It may happen that this cancellation has to be cancelled afterwards. This must be done within a maximum of 60 days after the sale has been completed.
To cancel a sale cancellation
- Go to My Delcampe fees: My cancelled sales
- Find the cancellation request you want to cancel
- Click on "Delete"
- Click on "Confirm"
- The status of the cancellation request will be "Cancelled"
- The commission for this item will be recalculated.
If the "Delete" button is missing, this means that the 60-day deadline has been exceeded and that you are not allowed to delete the cancellation. In this case, we invite you to contact our customer service.
