To find out if your Mangopay account is open, go to your Payments page.
If this page shows an available balance and a "Manage" section, then your Mangopay account is open.
Note: it is not possible to close or disable your Mangopay account.
On the contrary, if your Payments page shows only a "Payments" section, then it means that you live in a country where Mangopay doesn't offer its services. You cannot have a Mangopay account.
