To transfer the money from your sales to your bank account, two conditions must be met: your identity must be verified and your bank account must be added in the "Payments” tab. If you haven’t done this yet, see the following articles:
How can I transfer my balance to my bank account?
- Go to "Manage: Withdraw money". You'll see a balance summary.
- Select the bank account you want to use
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw
Only the available balance amount can be withdraw - Click on "Withdraw"

A confirmation message will appear
Processing time will depend on your bank. The money transferred will be added at the earliest 2 days after your transfer. However, if you don’t receive the money, please contact Customer Service.
Do I have to pay fees to transfer my balance to my bank account?
In most cases, withdrawals to your bank account are free of charge and covered by Delcampe.
However, some fees may apply in specific situations :

Fees charged by your bank, in particular in the event of currency conversion during the withdrawal.
To find out about any applicable fees, we invite you to contact your bank directly. -
Withdrawal fees to a non-domestic bank account
If your bank account is registered as a domestic account (for example, a French bank account when you reside in France), no fees will be applied and your withdrawals will remain free of charge.
If a bank account is considered non-domestic, the mention “⚠︎ Non-domestic account” will appear on your bank accounts page. In this case, fees will be charged when withdrawing to this account.
ℹ️ For your information
A withdrawal is considered domestic when funds are transferred to a local bank account (SEPA zones, Canada, United Kingdom or United States), in a local currency, via a local banking network, and within a jurisdiction covered by our banking partners.
Any other type of withdrawal is considered non-domestic.
