How can I modify the feedback I gave to my buyer?

You can modify a feedback only if:

• you are still within 90 days after the sale was closed;
• you increase the rating or switch to “Comment only”.
  Examples: from 50% to 100%, or from 100% to “Comment only”.

Modify a feedback you have given

1. Go to the My given feedback page.
2. Find the relevant transaction and click on Modify
   This option appears only if you are still within the allowed timeframe, if the sale is not archived, and if it has not been cancelled.
3. Select the new rating and add your comment.
4. Click on Submit.

• You can modify several ratings at the same time by checking the boxes of the items, then clicking on Modify above the list.
• You can also modify a feedback from the sale page, in the “Feedback” tab.
