You can rate a transaction by giving your seller a score of 100 %, 75 %, 50 %, 25 % or 0 %. You can also choose “Comment only”, a neutral rating that does not affect the seller’s average. This average helps assess a member’s reliability.
Conditions for giving a feedback
- Feedback can only be given within 90 days after the end of the sale.
- For a 100 % rating, the deadline is extended to 120 days.
- A comment is required for “Comment only”, 0 % and 25 % ratings.
Where can I give a feedback?
You can rate your seller from the following pages:
Leave feedback via “My feedback: to give”
- Go to the page My feedback: to give.
- Tick the box of the item you want to rate (you can select several).
- Click Leave Feedback.
- Choose the percentage and add a comment.
- Click Leave Feedback again to confirm.
- A confirmation message appears.
Leave feedback via “My purchases”
- Go to the page My purchases.

You can rate a payment request in two ways:
Rate all items in a payment request
Click the “percentage” icon to the right of the request.
Rate an item individually
For each item, click the “percentage” icon in the “Action” column or click Leave feedback.
- Select the percentage and add a comment.
- Click Leave feedback.
- A confirmation message appears.
