Unsubscribe

To close your account

1. Log on to your account
2. Go to the unsubscribe form
3. Select the account(s) to close
4. Check the reason why you want to close the account(s)
5. Click on "Confirm account closure"

Note: you cannot close an account with a negative balance. To close your account, you must first credit it.

Note: you cannot close your account if you have an ongoing bid for a sale or if you have at least one sale in progress with bids. You must first finalise the transactions.
