How do I export my sales?

The export of sold, ongoing or unsold items is only available to members with a Store Plus membership.

You can export the items on the following pages:

• your sold items
• your history of sold items
• your ongoing sales
• your ongoing sales with bids
• your unsold items: closed
• your unsold items : archived

To export an item list

1. Go to one of the above pages
2. Click on the button in the upper right corner of the page
3. Select if you want to export this page or all pages
   
   • If you select "This page", you will directly download a file containing only the items of the page from which you start the export
   • If you select "All pages", all your items in this section will be taken into account but the download will be delayed for performance reasons. You will receive an email containing a link to download the complete file.
4. Click on "Excel*" or "Lister / Easy Uploader"

If you export your ongoing sales in order to import the file created into Easy Uploader, you must choose the "Lister / Easy Uploader" format. Before importing the file, make sure to remove the lines corresponding to any ongoing sales with bids to avoid the risk of creating duplicates.
