Creating a Delcampe account is free. To create your account, complete the registration form and then confirm your registration using the link received by email.
Important Information
You can register using a username or an email address. If you use your email address when registering, you will need to choose a username after confirming your registration.
How do I create my Delcampe account?
- Click on Sign up.
- Enter a nickname or your email address.
- Click the blue arrow.
- Enter a password.
- Enter your first name.
- Enter your last name.
- Enter your date of birth.
- Click Register.
- Check the confirmation email sent by Delcampe.
- In this email, click Confirm my registration.
- Choose a nickname if you used your email address in step 2.
- Accept the Delcampe and Mangopay Terms and Conditions and confirm that you are of legal age.
- Click Confirm.
Your account has been created and you are automatically logged in.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the “Register” button greyed out?
The Register button may remain unavailable until all required fields have been completed or the security check has been validated.
The button also remains greyed out if the password entered does not meet the required criteria:
- at least 8 characters;
- at least 1 letter;
- at least 1 number or 1 special character.
In this case, an information message appears below the Password field to indicate the missing criteria.
Can I display the password I am entering?
Yes. Click the eye icon located to the right of the Password field to show or hide the password.
I did not receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
If you do not receive this email within a few minutes after submitting the form, check your email account's spam folder.
If the email is not there, disable your anti-advertising (anti-spam) filter, check its configuration or add the email address noreply@delcampe.com to your contacts.
