Email notification management

Stay up to date with what is happening on Delcampe with email notifications. You can receive notifications about a range of topics:

• Information and special deals: newsletter, “Auction houses” newsletter, inactivity reminder
• Buy: My watched items
• Sell: Start of sales, closed sales, copies of payment requests and reminders, items moved by moderators, ...
• Community: answers on the forum, items recommended by the members

To set up these notifications

1. Go to the page "My settings: Emails"
2. Configure the type of notifications you want to receive or not receive by placing the selector on the "Activated" or "Disabled" position
3. Save the changes by clicking on "Modify"

If you don’t receive notifications, even after they are configured, check your spam file.

Tip: Notifications will be sent to the email address you registered with. To change the email address, see our article entitled Change my email address.
