I want to put more items up for sale, how do I switch to a higher store subscription?

You can put more items up for sale than your current store subscription allows. Although your store subscription is valid for one month, you can subscribe to a higher level whenever you want.

We will refund you the difference in proportion to the amount of your subscription that hasn’t been used according to the payment method used when taking out your current subscription.

You can choose from the following 4 types of subscriptions: 

• Standard (from 1,001 to 10,000 items)
• Advanced (from 10,001 to 100,000 items)
• Premium (from 100,001 to 1,000,000 items)
• Ultimate (over one million items)

To select a higher subscription 

1. Go to the “Subscriptions and Services” page
2. Under “My Store Subscription”, click “Add a method”
   If you have already linked a payment method, go directly to step 6
3. Select your payment method, either PayPal or Mangopay.
   With Mangopay, you can either choose to link a credit card or debit your balance.
4. Click the button to validate the payment
5. A message will confirm that your payment method has been updated
6. Under “My Store Subscription”, click “Modify”
7. Select the new subscription you want based on the number of items you want to put up for sale
8. Select your payment method, either PayPal or Mangopay.
   With Mangopay, you can either choose to link a credit card or debit your balance.
9. Click the button to validate the payment
10. A message will confirm that your payment method has been updated
11. You can now add more items for sale
