You can put more items up for sale than your current store subscription allows. Although your store subscription is valid for one month, you can subscribe to a higher level whenever you want.
We will refund you the difference in proportion to the amount of your subscription that hasn’t been used, according to the payment method used when taking out your current subscription.
You can choose from the following 4 types of subscriptions:
- Standard (from 1,001 to 10,000 items)
- Advanced (from 10,001 to 100,000 items)
- Premium (from 100,001 to 1,000,000 items)
- Ultimate (over one million items)
To select a higher subscription
- Go to the page Subscriptions and Services
- Under “My Store Subscription”, click Add a method
If you have already linked a payment method, go directly to step 6. - Select your payment method
- Click the button to validate the payment.
- A message will confirm that your payment method has been updated.
- Under “My Store Subscription”, click Modify.
- Select the new subscription you want based on the number of items you want to put up for sale.

Each subscription is automatically renewed at the beginning of each calendar month. This renewal results in an automatic charge using the payment method selected when the subscription was taken out.
If you have chosen to be charged from your balance, it must be sufficiently funded to maintain your subscription. If the balance is insufficient, you will be asked to link a credit card to pay for your subscription. For subsequent renewals, the system will give priority to the available balance.
If the balance does not cover the full subscription amount, it will be fully deducted first, and the remaining amount will be automatically charged to the linked credit card.
If, at the time of renewal, your balance is sufficient, the full subscription amount will be deducted from it, without using the credit card.
