icon is visible:
There are several options available to make payment:
- Pay for your purchases with your Delcampe Pay balance
- Pay for your purchases using a direct payment method
The second method will only appear if your Delcampe Pay balance is €0.00.

Pay for your purchases with your Delcampe Pay balance
To pay for your order with Delcampe Pay:
- Go to the "My purchases: to be paid” page
- Find the transaction and click on
- Select your Delcampe Pay balance from the payment methods provided by your seller
- Click on
- Your payment is confirmed

What can I do if my Delcampe Pay balance is too low?
If your Delcampe Pay Account balance is too low to pay for your entire purchase, it will be automatically used and the remaining amount due will be deducted from the payment method selected.
Example:
The buyer has an available balance of €10 on their Delcampe Pay Account. However, the total amount of the invoice is €12.
The Delcampe Pay balance of €10 will be applied and the remaining €2 will be deducted from the Maestro card (method selected by the buyer).
To pay for your order with Delcampe Pay when your balance is too low:
- Go to the "My purchases: To be paid” page
- Find the transaction and click on
- Select one of the direct payment methods displayed on the screen. You can select a card that is already linked to your Delcampe Pay Account or choose another direct payment method.

- Your Delcampe Pay Account balance will be used automatically. The remaining amount due will be deducted from the payment method you selected. Transaction details are available in the summary on the right side of the page.

- Depending on the payment method selected, you will be redirected to an external validation page
- Your payment is confirmed

Pay for your purchases using a direct payment method
This method is only available if your Delcampe Pay balance is €0.00.
To pay for your order with Delcampe Pay:
- Go to the "My purchases: To be paid"
- Find the transaction and click on
- Select one of the direct payment methods displayed on the screen. You can select a card that is already linked to your Delcampe Pay Account or choose another direct payment method.
