To change a payment request that hasn’t been paid yet:
- Go to "My sale tracking: To be paid”

Find the payment request to be modified and click on
next to the request of your choice
- Select “Edit the payment request” from the scrolling menu.
- Change your request
If, at this stage, you want to remove an item from the payment request, tick the box(es) next to those items and click on. The items will be moved to another payment request in your My sale tracking: To invoice
- Click on
, your buyer will then receive a new payment request
Tip: professional sellers should replace the term "payment request" by "invoice".
