Your Club+ membership can only be cancelled immediately during the 30 calendar day trial period offered by the site (note that this trial offer is only valid once per account).
However, if your trial period is over and you wish to cancel your current subscription, the only possibility is to cancel the upcoming renewal of this subscription (the renewal being tacit).
Example: You have already benefited from the trial period. On 1 November you took out a monthly subscription that runs until 1 December. It is now 15 November and you would like to cancel your subscription. You will not be able to stop the current subscription immediately. You can only request that it not be renewed on 1 December, the date on which the tacit renewal was originally scheduled.

To cancel your subscription during the trial period:
- Go to My Club+: My subscription
- Click on "Cancel my membership"
- Confirm the cancellation by clicking on "Cancel my membership"
- The subscription is stopped immediately. You will not be debited.
How do I cancel my subscription after the trial period?
You need to cancel your upcoming membership renewal. Depending on your billing choice, this renewal can be scheduled on a monthly or annual basis.
- Go to My Club+: My subscription
- Under "Subscription renewal", check "Not renewing and losing the benefits of my membership"
- Confirm your choice by clicking on "Confirm my selection"
- Your subscription will not be renewed at the end of its term. Until then, you will still benefit from your membership.
