As a seller, you have the possibility to accept to receive lower grouped bids on items in your shop.

When you receive a lower grouped bid, there are four possibilities:
- Accepting the bid
- Submitting a counterbid
- Refusing the bid
- Ignoring the bid

How do I accept a lower grouped bid?
- Go to your grouped bids received
- Click on "Answer", a new window will open
- Select "Accept the grouped bid"
- Click on "Confirm"
You can find the items in your sold items .
How do I submit a counterbid?
- Go to your grouped bids received
- Click on "Answer", a new window will open
- Select "Make a counterbid"
- Choose the amount of your counterbid between your price and his bid
- Click on "Confirm"
The buyer will have the possibility to accept or refuse the counter-offer. If he accepts it, you will be able to find the items in your sold items. If the counterbid is rejected, you can find the items in your shop, in the selected category and in your ongoing sales.
How do I refuse a lower bid?
- Go to your grouped bids received
- Click on "Answer", a new window will open
- Select "Decline the grouped bid"
- Click on "Confirm"
You can find the items in your shop, in the selected category and in your ongoing sales.
What happens if I don't reply to a lower grouped bid?
A lower bid is valid for 30 days. After this period, it will disappear from your grouped bids received.
Note: A buyer has the possibility to cancel his bid by himself. It will then be indicated "Cancelled by the buyer"
I made a mistake in replying, what should I do?
As your decision is sent directly to the buyer, it is final and cannot be changed.
