Add Money to my Delcampe Pay Account

You can choose from several payment methods to add money to your Delcampe Pay Account. You can choose from the following methods: credit card, Maestro card (in some countries), direct payment (different depending on the country) or bank transfer.

How to add money to your Delcampe Pay Account

To add money to your Delcampe Pay Account:

1. Go to Manage: Add money 
2. Select the payment method you want: you can choose to link a card to your Delcampe Pay Account or opt for one of the direct payment methods offered. Depending on your preferred payment method, go to the explanation below.
   

   Note: You must add at least €5.00. 

3. Depending on the payment method selected, you may be redirected to a page to validate your payment.
   

   Tip: This option is also available via your dashboard. Then click on  

By credit card

1. Select the linked credit card you want
   
2. Enter the amount you want to add
   
3. Click on 
4. A confirmation page will appear

By Maestro card

1. Select the linked Maestro card you want 
   
2. Enter the amount you want to add
   
3. Click on 
4. A confirmation page will appear

For direct payment

1. Select the direct payment method you want
    
2. Enter the amount you want to add
   
3. Click on 
4. You will be redirected to the website for the payment method selected to finalise your payment.

By bank transfer

1. Select the bank transfer option
   
2. Enter the amount you want to add
   
3. Click on 
4. Read the instructions displayed carefully
5. Confirm your choice by clicking on 

Tip: You can print the information to execute your wire transfer by clicking on 

You can find information about your transfer in two places:

• In your confirmation email
• In your dashboard under Activity: Payments sent - To be processed.

  Click on “Payment information” to display all of the information for this payment.
  
  

  Transfer timeframes for certain payment methods

  Some payment methods like Sofort and credit cards, allow for the amount selected to be added immediately.

  Other payment methods, like wire transfers require a longer transfer time. The money transferred will be entered two days after your transfer at the earliest.

  If the amount has not been added to your Delcampe Pay balance after 14 calendar days, please contact Customer Service  and provide us with your proof of payment.

   

  How to view the balance of your Delcampe Pay Account

  To see your Delcampe Pay balance at any time,  go to your Delcampe Pay dashboard.
