How to add a payment method

To configure the payment methods you accept in your store :

To activate the Delcampe Pay payment method:

  1. Go to the Payment methods page
  2. Click on 
  3. Review the terms and conditions of use and check the box 
  4. Click on 
  5. Confirmation that your Delcampe Pay Account was created will appear on the screen

To activate PayPal or bank transfers:

  1. Go to the Payment methods page
  2. Click on the link to add your information to the payment method of your choice mceclip0.png
  3. Enter the information required
  4. Click on save.PNG. The method will be activated in your account
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

Tip: although you can’t see it, the method is active. When you refresh the page, the deactivated.PNG button will change to activated.PNG

 

 

To activate the cheque or cash payment method:

  1. Go to the Payment methods page
  2. Click on edit.PNG
  3. Check the information displayed
  4. If it is correct, click on deactivated.PNG to activate the method in your account
  5. If it is not correct, change it and click on save.PNG
    then click on deactivated.PNG to activate the method in your account
  6. You will receive a confirmation email

 

How to change your payment method information

To change the information about the payment methods you accept in your store:

  1. Go to the Payment methods page
  2. Click on the edit.PNG button for the payment method you want to change
  3. Change the information
  4. Click on save.PNG. The information for this method will be changed
  5. You will receive a confirmation email

 

How to deactivate a payment method

To deactivate a payment method you accept in your store:

  1. Go to the Payment methods page
  2. Click on the activated.PNG button of the payment method you want to deactivate. The button will change to deactivated.PNG
  3. You will receive a confirmation email
