Sending a payment request

When creating your shop, you can choose to automatically send your payment requests. This feature allows you to save a considerable amount of time because, as soon as the sale is completed, your payment request is automatically sent to your buyer. The buyer can then pay you immediately.

If you have not activated this option, you must send your payment requests manually.

• If you use fee templates or if you have defined manual fees for the item, your payment requests will be pre-filled. All you have to do is validate them before sending.
• If you link the item to your text-based sales conditions (this option is only available for accounts created before 2020), you will have to manually generate each of your payment requests.

In this case, your payment requests are pre-filled but not sent directly. Before sending them, you can reduce the cost of the shipping methods you have defined, add new shipping methods or apply an overall discount.

To send your pre-filled payment request :

1. Go to My sold items: to be invoiced
2. Find the payment request to be sent and click on "Ask payment"
3. Enter a message for your seller (optional)
4. Add one or more shipping methods by clicking on "Add another delivery method", reduce your shipping fees or apply an overall discount (optional)
5. Click on "Send payment request" and your buyer will receive your payment request
   
   

I use the text-based sales conditions, I want to send a payment request

In this case, your payment requests are not pre-filled and must be created from scratch. This method requires you to fill in all the fees to be paid by your buyer.

To create and send your payment request :

1. Go to My sold items: to be invoiced
2. Find the payment request to be sent and click on "Ask payment"
3. Enter a message for your seller (optional)
4. Add one or more shipping methods by clicking on "Add another delivery method".
5. Apply an overall discount (optional)
6. Click on "Send payment request" and your buyer will receive your payment request
